On August 14 – 21, we will be hosting an incoming exchange from Birmingham, Alabama. If you would like to help with the planning for this exchange, please come to a planning meeting on Saturday, April 25, 12:00 noon, at the home of Larry Friedman and Susan Orton, 2821 14th St, Sacramento.
We’ll have a pizza lunch and discuss options for the exchange. We are especially looking for new ideas of activities that our guests and our members will enjoy.
If you can join us, please RSVP by registering for this event so that we know how many to expect. The meeting should last about two hours.
(Note: If you are also going on the Whidbey Island exchange in July, the planning meeting for that exchange will be in the same location, starting at 2:00 pm. )
