Travel can be daunting enough without having to worry about health issues. Our longtime member, Dr. George Meyer, is an inveterate traveler. He will help us prepare for that special trip as well as providing tips for staying healthy on the road.

Please note that we are meeting at a new venue: Chateau At Rivers Edge, 641 Feature Dr., Sacramento. Feature Dr. is one block north of Fair Oaks off Howe Ave. As you turn in, the parking lot on the left is available for our use. Join us after the meeting for our traditional after meeting meal at the Zinfandel Grille, 2384 Fair Oaks Blvd.
