Planning Meeting for Gifu Inbound Journey
Thirteen ambassadors from Gifu, Japan will be in Sacramento Nov. 8th through Nov. 14. Come help plan the best journey ever for the wonderful hosts who hosted our club last year. Nancy is looking for home hosts, day hosts, dinner party hosts and help with the welcome and farewell gatherings as well as planning for each day. Help is also needed to prepare the welcome bags, the daily agenda and a booklet. All are welcome!
The planning meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 27, at 7 PM. It will be at the home of Lynn and George Meyer, 9040 Windcove Ct., Fair Oaks.
