Would you like to see some of the murals and graffiti that decorate mid-town Sacramento? Join us for a leisurely walk through the streets and alley ways as we explore what has been made over the last few years.

We will have two of starting points available so the walk will be from 2 to 3 1/2 miles in total.  This will be sort of self guided tour.  We'll start as a group but people can stop for shopping, looking at the murals or even enjoy the Saturday Farmers Market. We'll have some lunch options for those who'd like to stay longer.

If you'd like to join us please register.  Those going on the short walk (45 minutes to 1 hour) will start at Temple Coffee on the corner of 22nd and K streets at 11:00 am.  There is free parking with no restrictions on many of the streets, but look closely at the signs.  Those wanting to go on the longer walk (3 1/2 miles about 1 1/2 hrs) will meet at my house: 615 27th St, Sacramento at 10:30 am.  There is free parking there all day Saturday.

If people enjoy it we'll set another walk for the downtown murals (where the parking is a bit more difficult, so probably on a Sunday).

Any questions call Chris at 916-712-6979.

If you'd like a link to all of the murals in Sacramento click here.  Nathaniel Miller, an editor for the Sacramento Bee created an interactive map.  You can click on any of the dots on the map and see a photo of the mural or graffiti art that is there.
