Volunteers for Annual Club Meeting (Oktoberfest)

Registration

• Beverage Purchase
  Purchase the beverages and ice (you will be reimbursed) and fill the drink dispensers and
  coolers for the event.
• Clean Up Crew
  After the event help put chairs and tables back to original position; clean up the room, kitchen,
  and outdoor balcony.
• Decorate Tables and Event
  Place tablecloths on tables; and plan and purchase simple table decorations (you will be
  reimbursed) and set them up at 1:30 pm
• Greeters
  Arrive by 2:00 pm and be ready at 2:30 pm to greet/check-in the members as they arrive.
  Direct visitors to elevators, escort members to the second floor President’s Room.
• Kitchen Help
  Set out paper products (plates, utensils, cups, napkins); organize and assist members in
  placing the potluck dish, by category, on the kitchen counters; help in the kitchen.
• Miscellaneous
  1 -Photographer, 1- Master of Ceremonies (M.C.), 1-Music, other?
• Setup Chairs & Tables
  Come at 1:30 pm to help arrange the chairs and tables inside and on balcony
