Volunteers Needed! Super Regional Conference Planning Meeting
Everyone is welcome to our next planning meeting for the 2018 Super Regional Conference on Friday, January 19, 2018. Come at 11:30 AM and enjoy pizza. Volunteers are still needed for the Conference scheduled for May 3-5, 2018. Can't make the conference? Many tasks can be completed before the conference.
Already have a task assigned? Please be prepared to report out on your progress. We will be going over the time line, and all progress to date.
Lots more openings for help, so don't be shy. Special reduced rates for the conference if you volunteer for a number of hours.
Ambyr and Jacob Summerhays have organized the use of their community club house. Here is a map to Pavilions Condo Community Clubhouse. The gate code is #9698 on the larger keypad. Parking is very limited inside the gate. Guests may park on the street (Fulton Ave or behind Nothing Bundt Cakes). The pedestrian gate will be propped open. The Community Clubhouse is on the left as you enter.
Please RSVP here so we know how much pizza to get. Plan on at least 2 hours.
